Before making any changes to the networking, it's highly recommended that you make a backup for easy rollback.
vSphere > Networking (On top left pane) > ip.address > $acct_no - example.com > Datacenter > Distributed Switch (Management or Storage) > Right Click > Settings
Export Configuration
Pick one
A. Distributed switch and all port groups
B. Distributed switch only
Restore Configuration
Pick one
A. Distributed switch and all port groups
B. Distributed switch only
vSphere > Networking (On top left pane) > ip.address > $acct_no - example.com > Datacenter > Distributed Switch (Management or Storage) > Port Group (Management PG or Management-DVUplinks-Num or Private PG or Public PG or VCHA PG or Etc.) > Right Click > Settings
So you can restore any Port Group or Uplinks this way to a previous config.
(But only the previous config. If you make a change and then make a change again, the original config will be lost. You can only go back one level. This is why you should make a backup before you start making any changes.)
Pick "Restore Configuration"
vSphere > Networking (On top left pane) > ip.address > $acct_no - example.com > Datacenter > Distributed Switch (Management or Storage) > Port Group (Management PG or Management-DVUplinks-Num or Private PG or Public PG or VCHA PG or Etc.) > Right Click > Settings
