Dear Customer,
We believe that hidden company policies often lead to dissatisfied customers especially when shopping on the internet. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we would like to be up front about our policies:
Shipping: Please keep in mind that Konaa products are made fresh weekly, and products that do not require our manufacturing (ie. pure shea butter, mango butter ) are jarred weekly for ultimate freshness. We try to ship all orders within 1 to 4 days and most of the time we do. Sometimes orders may go out later then expected if items ordered are out of stock . Since products are made fresh weekly, please allow between 7 to 14 days for delivery. Most shipments are made via US ground mail, but Priority Mail, Federal Express and UPS deliveries are also available, please e-mail us for a quote on shipping charges.
Form of Payment: Konaa accepts the following major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, You may also pay for your order with a check or money order made payable to Konaa. Please note that there is a $25.00 for returned checks.
Returns: Please be sure of your purchase. Items damaged in shipping may be returned. If an item is damaged in shipping, please leave it in its original packaging and e-mail Nana@Konaa.com immediately. Returns on damaged items will not be accepted after 7 days. If for some reason you would like to return a product, you may do so for a store credit towards something else within 30 days.
Sales Tax: Applicable upon State of residence.
Price Changes: We try to keep our prices stable. I am very sorry but due to market fluctuations on raw natural ingredients, prices are subject to change without notice.
Privacy: We respect our customers privacy. The information gathered is solely to conduct business: processing your order, sending e-mails, brochures and postcards to inform you on new products, sales and services or upcoming events. The information we collect is not shared with any other party.
